New organisation and a new name
From the 1st November the Civil Aviation Administration Denmark and the Danish Transport Authority are aggregated into one authority under the name of Danish Transport Authority.

Banned Airlines
Updated list of airlines banned within the EU.  To improve safety in Europe further, the European Commission – in consultation with Member States’ aviation safety authorities – has decided to ban airlines found to be unsafe from operating in European airspace.

Emergency Relief Flights, Ambulance Flights etc.
Airlines and/or Freight Forwarders planning Emergency Relief or Ambulance Flights should contact the CAA-DK Duty Officer if need arises outside CAA-DK’s normal opening hours for assistance in obtaining the necessary overflight- and landing permissions to/from Danish area of responsibility.
