AIC A 06/07. Flights with Non-Danish Registered Ultralight or Microlight aircraft’s in Danish Airspace.

(Cancels AIC B 26/98)

Flight in Danish Airspace with aircraft classified as “ULM” “Ultralight”

or “Microlight” which do not have a standard certificate of

airworthiness, cf. Article 31 of the Chicago Convention, shall not be

carried out without prior permission.

Above mentioned permission has previously been issued by the

Civil Aviation Administration Denmark (DCAA).

DCAA and the Danish Ultralight Flying Association (DULFU) has

made an agreement in which the responsibility for issuing flight

permissions to Non-Danish registered Ultralight or Microlight

aircraft’s has been given to DULFU.

All future applications concerning flight permissions to Non-Danish

registered Ultralight or Microlight aircraft’s shall be submitted to the
